The Push-Up Station is an exercise favorite for building muscle strength as it targets the arms, back and core. The user grips the bar and bends arms to slowly lower their body until their chest is slightly above the bar. Using strength, the user then pushes upward returning to the starting position. Designed for ages 13 and up.
